Re: New Police band.
No Ron, we bought that uniform m8.
Not too sure if they actually changed the tartan or just got new stuff. ( will find out )
The uniforms we got are immaculate, so perhaps they have indeed changed to bring a new uniform in for the P.S.N.I band. Would seem feasible, either way we are happy.
There's few R.U.C members ( pipers / drummers ) from Nat's days in the band hence I think their 3A status.
Wee Keith who was registered with us for two seasons left to go to the newly formed band. He and a few others have worked hard to get the Police band up and running, so it's good to see it pull through.
Sad to loose a good guy, and a bloody good piper, but nice to see the band out again.
Gonna be some craic 'n banter now, especially if we can beat 'em on a regular basis.

Dunno about winning there, it was a graveyard for the RUC band

Re: New Police band.
Some things never change m8, past caring any more, so long as we are happy.
We have enough good guys who know what needs done irrespective of judging comments from certain judges.
There again, seen 'n had some great sheets from judges ( worlds 2007 ) and not been in the running
